who we are
Over the past 25 years, Alex has focused on helping owners of privately held companies realize the value that they have built. Having been the CFO of rapidly growing companies, he knows that having the right infrastructure, be it people, systems, capital and strategies, is key to driving value. Passionate about clients’ success, Alex views all of his clients as relationships and not as mere transactions.
Prior to founding Enso, Alex was the managing director of Blacklight Capital Advisors Inc., a firm specializing in M&A, corporate valuations and CFO advisory. Alex has also led the corporate finance advisory practice of Fuller Landau LLP., a regional public accounting firm based in Toronto and Montreal. Earlier in his career, Alex worked in the investment banking group of HSBC Securities and the Transactions Support Group of PwC.
Alex has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Schulich School of Business. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, and the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute.
